Tommy Ripley
Owner / Operator
I grew up in the family business, so I spent my summers installing mufflers, then brakes along with cashiering, etc... After college graduation, I spent 5 years in the home building business before returning to Ripley's Muffler & Brakes in 1996. I have been married to Colene Ripley for 30 plus years. We have four children. Rodney, Marcus, Lincoln and Luke. I've been VERY involved in Community activities over these past 27 plus years.
Rodney Parker
Shop Manager
Rodney has been with Ripley's Total Car Care since 2001. He exudes our Motto of Treating Customers as he would wish to be treated. Rodney is Knowledgeable, Fair and to the point. He’s married with 5- daughters and countless grand children.
Stephanie Smith
Bookkeeper
Stephanie joined Ripley's Total Car Care in 2008. She is a great asset and we count on her for many, many of her talents. Stephanie greets you with a smile. She can do it all from Bookkeeping to writing service to our customers. She's happily Married with 4 children and lots of grand babies.
Coatney Bryant
Exhaust Technician
Coatney a very talented and conscientious mechanic. He’s been a part of Ripleys since 2000. He’s the proud father of 6 children.
Alex Robledo
Service Advisor
Alex has been promoted to the Service Advisor position. Alex has great people skills and a passion for the automotive business. He isn’t afraid to help in the shop and use his talents custom building exhaust systems. He’s married and father of a handsome son. He’s been with Ripleys since 2019.
Carlos Muñoz
Automotive Technician
Carlos Munoz is a diagnosis guru. He joined Ripleys 2011. He’s married with four beautiful daughters.

Technician
Pablo comes to Ripley's with a wide array of skillsets. Pablo is a master tech with 25 years of automotive experience. He’s married with 7 children.
Rayford Rd. in The Woodlands Staff
David Ripley
Owner/Operator
David began working in the Family business at the age of 13. After spending a few years working in sales after graduating from Texas A&M ( Whoop !)... he returned to Ripleys In 1998 and manages the Rayford location. David is married with three amazing children.
Larry Pavon
Lead Technician
Larry's been with Ripleys since 2000. Larry is our go-to guy for any and all auto repairs. He’s an automotive genius. Married with one son.

Exhaust Technician
Charles Miller is a Talented exhaust technician who takes EXTREME pride in his work. He joined Ripleys in 2009

Glenn is a 21 year Automotive Repair Veteran. He holds a Master Certificate with Audi. He’s married with Twin Boys and a daughter.
