Tommy Ripley
Owner / Operator
I grew up in the family business, so I spent my summers installing mufflers, then brakes along with cashiering, etc... After college graduation, I spent 5 years in the home building business before returning to Ripley's Muffler & Brakes in 1996. I have been married to Colene Ripley for 30 plus years. We have four children. Rodney, Marcus, Lincoln and Luke. I've been VERY involved in Community activities over these past 27 plus years.
Rodney
Shop Manager
Rodney has been with Ripley's Total Car Care since 2001. He exudes our Motto of Treating Customers as he would wish to be treated. Rodney is Knowledgeable, Fair and to the point. He’s married with 5- daughters and countless grand children.
Carlos
Automotive Technician
Carlos Munoz is a diagnosis guru. He joined Ripleys 2011. He’s married with four beautiful daughters.
Pablo
Technician
Pablo comes to Ripley's with a wide array of skillsets. Pablo is a master tech with 25 years of automotive experience. He’s married with 7 children.
Amber
Office Coordinator
Amber brings 9 years of Automotive experience at many capacities. She’s the cheerful addition to our team.
Tim
Service Advisor
Tim comes from 15 years in the industry as a technician and now service advisor.
Anthony
Technician
Anthony began with us in 2018 as an automotive Student at UTI. Upon graduation he became full time and has progressed into a very conscientious technician.
Alex
Technician
Alex has worked with Ripley’s since 2019. He’s a multifaceted technician. He’s a very skilled exhaust technician who takes pride in all aspects. Plus, he is a conscientious Service Advisor.
Rayford Rd. in The Woodlands Staff
David Ripley
Owner/Operator
David began working in the Family business at the age of 13. After spending a few years working in sales after graduating from Texas A&M ( Whoop !)... he returned to Ripleys In 1998 and manages the Rayford location. David is married with three amazing children.
Larry
Lead Technician
Larry's been with Ripleys since 2000. Larry is our go-to guy for any and all auto repairs. He’s an automotive genius. Married with one son.

Exhaust Technician
Charles is a Talented exhaust technician who takes EXTREME pride in his work. He joined Ripleys in 2009

Service Advisor
Service Advisor with over 25 years experience. Mark is an asset to our team with his expertise and leadership.
Drew
Service Advisor
11 years in the industry as a technician and now our Service advisor. Drew is very personable and has a can-do attitude.
