I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ripley’s total car care for some much-needed brake repairs. I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from start to finish. First and foremost, I was impressed by the fact that they were able to accommodate me on the same day I came in. I was worried about having to wait for an appointment, but they were able to fit me in and get my car taken care of right away. Not only that, but they also offered to give me a ride to work while they worked on my car. This was a huge convenience for me and saved me from having to arrange for transportation. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in my day. Throughout the process, the staff at Ripley’s kept me well informed about the progress of my car and any additional work that needed to be done. They were transparent and only did the work that I approved, which I greatly appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I have to give a special shoutout to Sam, who worked on my car. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions
