I am a retired master technician….I recently purchased an OBS 98 GMC pickup……wanted to have some custom exhaust work done…..my neighbor had his brand new RAM done with them…..loved the sound!!!!! I wanted the same sound…..I got MORE than I expected because the bill came in well under the estimate!!!!! That is rare in the automotive world!!!! If you have any doubts about this shop…….im here to tell you just go to them!!! I never let anyone work on my vehicles…..except Ripley’s!!!!!!

We came to Ripleys based on customer feedback. Service was honest and on-point. I like the way Mr. Rodney educated me on how exhaust systems work. We tried a few things and ultimately had one of our catalytic converters replaced. The shop and its mechanics were remarkably clean and seemingly well-organized. Even on a busy Friday I was in and out in less time than I had anticipated. Glad for the fine service we received for my husband’s Suburban. We will be back.

Took my dad’s 4Runner in for some work on power steering a few months back. He started having issues with it again, so we took it back last week. They honored their warranty and fixed the problem, no charge.

Made an appointment and decided to stop by a day early to see about a quote and they went ahead and just took care of our problem that day. Very friendly and communicative. This was at the shop on 1960.

Helped me pick the right tip and sound that I wanted. Instead of going for more money they helped me save money and get what I wanted. This is honest people and highly experienced. I highly recommend this company.
