My experience with Ripley‘s Auto Repair was very good. Their diagnostics were consistent with the two scans I had done on my vehicle before I came to Ripley‘s. Their customer service was good. The work they performed brought my car up to specs for my service light to go off and my car to run as smooth as it was when I first purchased it. They will be my go to car repair service company in the future. As difficult as it is to find a good and honest Repair shop in the Houston area, I have finally found one.I will always give honest accurate reviews each time I go to Ripley‘s for a car service.

The dealership quoted me $3100 for a steering pump replacement and Ripleys worked with me to get the price down under 1k. Power steering works great and I saved a ton of cash.

I used their FM1960 location over a decade (closer to 2 decades) ago on my Supra exhaust, fast forward, I live in Spring and visited their Spring location this week (23 Jun 2026). I needed an alignment after some suspension work I did. They got it aligned told me things I needed to consider about my tires and job done. Car rides well and drives straight, no pulling. Awesome work and no pressure. In and out as they said. Appreciate their help and I'll definitely be using them moving forward. Not sure why I didn't consider them for my now 'fleet' of vehicles with teen drivers and family.

I've passed up this place many times!! Ended up needing a small job done and was totally happy with the service and more important with the price. Going back to have some preventive work done on my Lincoln Corsair Highly recommended !!!
