I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ripley’s total car care for some much-needed brake repairs. I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from start to finish. First and foremost, I was impressed by the fact that they were able to accommodate me on the same day I came in. I was worried about having to wait for an appointment, but they were able to fit me in and get my car taken care of right away. Not only that, but they also offered to give me a ride to work while they worked on my car. This was a huge convenience for me and saved me from having to arrange for transportation. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference in my day. Throughout the process, the staff at Ripley’s kept me well informed about the progress of my car and any additional work that needed to be done. They were transparent and only did the work that I approved, which I greatly appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I have to give a special shoutout to Sam, who worked on my car. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions

Came in a few years ago with a bmw they did a great job I don’t know if their staff changed, I brought my car recently that compressor was failing I told them that from the beginning I even brought my own part but said they don’t take parts for ac I said ok. Once they checked it they said it was the battery, once they put the new battery they called saying it was the compressor as I first told them, once they installed the new compressor manager said the car was making a weird noise, and once the fix the “noise” they had to program the new part it was a Friday and supposedly the people did not arrive and my car stayed the weekend forgot to mention I brought it Monday morning, Monday arrives and I received my car at the end of the day. Took them a whole week and manager said “it’s taking long but we are gonna leave it 100%” they did NOT. As soon I got out the parking lot the noise I believe they were talking about started going off and my engine light turn on the NEXT DAY! they are not very good at communicating I had to keep calling to know the status of my car, I paid 2,900 for this service and they even charged me the $159 that they said they don’t charge if you decide to do the service, Now I will have to take it to another place won’t take it back don’t trust this place 👎🏻

If you haven’t taken your car to Ripley’s yet, you are missing out. These guys are the best! Owner and Staff are the upmost fair and professional. They do excellent work and can work with you in financing. Give them a look next time you need repairs!👏👏👏
