I am not knowledgeable of car repair, so to find a company that is honest and provides superior service is a company I recommend to everyone. All of the folks I have met, from Mr. Ripley to Drew, Sean and Mark are focused and very kind. Even if I moved to a different part of Houston, I would drive through the traffic to bring my car to their shop. (I think that about says it all right there. LOL) Thank you to the ultimate fixer guys!

I had a great experience with Ripleys. They replaced all four rotors, brakes, and a caliper on my 2017 Tundra in less than 24 hours, which was incredibly impressive. This was my second time using this company and I must say again I am overjoyed with the service I received. Fairness, honesty and reliability is what you are up against. My first visit was electrical and I received my car back the same day plus I forgot and left my gun in the car n it was just as I left it when they returned it back to me. The second time was to check it out because I had work done from another company and my car seemed stranger to me so they put it on the machine and test drove it and everything to make sure it was working properly. Ripley’s total Car Care is number One in my book. You must give them a try!

I am a retired master technician….I recently purchased an OBS 98 GMC pickup……wanted to have some custom exhaust work done…..my neighbor had his brand new RAM done with them…..loved the sound!!!!! I wanted the same sound…..I got MORE than I expected because the bill came in well under the estimate!!!!! That is rare in the automotive world!!!! If you have any doubts about this shop…….im here to tell you just go to them!!! I never let anyone work on my vehicles…..except Ripley’s!!!!!!
