A very welcoming automotive shop, my first time going and I was treated very well. Well spoken and knowledgeable company. My vehicle was fixed and ready within 2 hours of the quote. Also, I was informed of an upcoming problem with my vehicle. I'm a very satisfied customer and I will be allowing them to service my vehicle again. Thank you Ripley's Total Car Care!!

I trust Ripley's, I am very protective of my trust in Auto Technicians. Without hesitation, Ripley's offered me the use of their loaner vehicle while my car was in for repair. They dont know how much that helped me that day. I have used Ripley's for years now, I highly recommend these technicians!

Thanks so much David... always glad to help... we don't always have a loaner available but so glad it worked out.
