I took my 2012 Honda CRV to the FM1960 location with a whinny noise in right turns and a grinding in left turns. My problem was diagnosed as bad hub bearings. Work was completed and all the noise was eliminated. I have never gotten sloppy work or grease marks on any vehicle with Ripleys. To me that makes a difference.

We took my wife's 2011 Honda Pilot to several other shops to deal with an intermittent emissions light and uneven idling. We had been misdiagnosed by another shop saying we needed to replace a catalytic converter. I decided that since we needed a catalytic converter, let's go to Ripley's who is know for handling them. Well guess what? We didn't need a catalytic converter. Ripley fixed our throttle body and registered it with the car's PCM computer and she's running fine. We saved $700 by going to Ripley's and would have wasted money and not have the correct problem solved.
