Ripley's did as always there outstanding service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. They have serviced my cars for over 40 years that I have been in Houston and 11 years on my 4 Runners. When ever I drive by I must fight my steering wheel to keep my car from turning in. My 4Runner loves their TLC. A GREAT PLACE!!!!! d

If you have ANY kind of car problem...take it to Ripley's! These guys fixed ..better yet, replaced my Exhaust System in less than 3 hours.. When I took my car to the dealership, they told me I had a 4-6 month wait for the part. These guys took it and returned it the same day. My car runs quiet again, no sign my catalytic converter was replaced. Thanks Ripley's !!!

I have been using Ripley's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Recently, my window's toggle mechanism broke and I was extremely concerned about rain and the safety of my vehicle because we park in an apartment complex. The agent who answered my call was very accommodating and the owner even stepped up to personally help fit me into the schedule. When I arrived I did not expect to purchase anything because of the location and reputation of other businesses I have experienced. I was greeted and and taken care of like I was part of the family. Every employee made me feel comfortable and took part in helping me make a buying decision. I wish I could get this type of service everywhere I go. I brought my car in after a recommendation. The guys at Ripley's were able to fix instead of replace the ailing part! They did an amazing job and my vehicle sounds as good as ever. Price was great too!

I use them to get an estimate on my brakes but it was more than I could afford. But they are awesome over there I just wish I could’ve afforded it. I had to use other options.

We've used Ripley's since the early 80's for everything car exhaust related. Tommy and his crew are true professionals at what they do. If you want it done right the first time there is no substitute for Ripley's.
