Outstanding service on replacing my factory muffler and installing a new Flowmaster muffler with exhaust tips. Rodney thoroughly explained all of my options, and Coatney’s craftsmanship and attention to detail made me even more impressed with the final result.

Had a great experience with Alex. I went in to get an opinion to replace an exhaust manifold/catalytic converter. Alex had the car inspected and he advised me that the issue was with the o2 senses not the more expensive part. The repair was done quickly, everything was explained to me. This is a trustworthy establishment that assures your vehicle is fixed correctly not kjust replacing a bunch of parts hoping they solve the issue.

I walked in and spoke with Sam at the front desk. I explained to him what was going on with my suburban. They got it right into the shop and looked over the vehicle. Sam called me once the diagnostic was completed. He was straight to the point and never did try to upsell me on anything. He simply advised me what was going on. And what needed to be replaced on the vehicle. All repairs were made the same day of drop off. The service team and the technicians were great. Thank everyone at Ripply’s on Rayford Rd in Spring Texas. For taking care of everything. In and out in the same day. Which I was unable to pick it up on the first. They pulled it back into the shop at closing time. Didn’t leave it out in there parking lot. I have been taking my vehicles to Ripply’s over 18 years now. Great place and do excellent work. And they also stand behind there work. I walk out with a 3 year warranty on the repairs that they had done for me. Thank everyone at Ripply’s. Glad that we still have y’all around. Gary Butler
