Great Customer service all around. I needed to go out of town on a Friday. The work that needed to be done when I drop off car on Thursday was cutting it close. Cord did an amazing job with making deadline and got car up and running by the end of day. He is always knowledgeable and I'm very comfortable doing his recommendations. The main thing that I forgot to mention was I was in such a rush to get my car back, and Cord said I want to make sure your car is tested and safe on the road. They are not just about the business but about your safety as well.

I came in last Monday to get some exhaust work done. New mufflers, tips, and the required piping. Every employee I met along the way from calling for a rough quote to picking the car up was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The quality was top-notch and I’m extremely happy with the end result. You can definitely tell when a shops been around for a while and they know what they’re doing. The kind folks at Ripley’s killed it. Definitely coming back for any future work. 10/10

They assisted me with an efficient diagnosis and I ended up taking my car here to get some critical work done and was very pleased by the speed and professionalism!
