Someone had stolen the catalytic converter off my truck. I contacted the people at Ripley's. Everyone was so kind. They made me feel like they really valued me as a customer. They brought me back to work while my truck was being repaired. When my truck was repaired, they even picked me backed up. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks to all of you. God Bless!

I was visiting out of town and my catalytic converter was stolen while parked in the hotel lot in the middle of the the night. I discovered the condition in the morning on my way to a meeting sounding like NASCAR but at the speed of a tricycle. I discussed my situation with the locals and Ripley's Total Car Care was highly recommended. I showed up at 2pm and fortunately they had the highly sought after and difficult to find part. A short two hours later they completed the task at an extremely fair price allowing me to travel safely back to Austin. I thank Tommy for saving my day and highly recommend Ripley’s for their professionalism and service.
