I am extremely pleased with Ripleys Total Car Care. After the nightmare of having to deal with theft of catalytic converters and check engine lights, I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. They had me up and running in less than a week. The staff makes you feel like family and in an industry that can be less than trustworthy I never once felt anything but genuine care. Was the target of a catalytic converter theft last week in Houston. Was here in business and needed to get back home to Wimberley. Ripley’s was great to deal with. They communicated with my insurance in a very timely manner and with me as well. They had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Luis over there is top notch from a customer service standpoint. I visited Ripleys Total Car Care to get my cars oil changed. I was very impressed by the entire facility. They were prompt in seeing me, and did great work on my car.
