I have been to a number of different places around The Woodlands over the years. I drive a little further to take my car to Ripley's as David and team have been fair, honest and competent every time and with every type of car. David earned my trust when he didn't hesitate to make an issue right despite costing him a little money. I never feel like Ripley's is trying to sell me service I don't need and for that all of my cars are serviced at Ripleys.

Over the last few years I have brought in several repairs that were above my competence and each time I have left with a working vehicle, confidence, and more money left over than expected. It is awesome to have a goto repair shop that I trust.

First experience with Ripley's. I guess should have known they were the "go to shop" for my repairs/mods when I received a referral from another local national franchise muffler shop. Extremely professional and courteous from my initial phone call with Walt. They completed custom exhaust work on my roadster. Small car and tights areas to work around. Charles was great. He took his time to go through my thoughts as well as share his experience. The whole process was very professional. They kept me informed. I met Mark and David as well during the process. Great shop and great team. It shows they love what they do. Tough to find businesses that truly value the customer as they do.
I've had 2 different pieces of work done here, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
