Great experience getting a new muffler for my truck. I originally chose them based on email communication when I was pricing different muffler shops. They were very thorough, gave me a price, explained the price, and didn't pressure me to come into the shop immediately. When I made the trip a couple weeks later We discussed options, and they stayed true to their price. The general manager was nice and polite, as well as the technician who did the work. They got me in and out quickly (about an hour and 15 minutes from walk-in to walk out for a muffler swap) and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this shop for their service. Their price was also no different to other shops for a magnaflow muffler swap.

The guys here made my custom cat back exhaust. the Tech did it just how i needed it. I provided my own muffler "JIC Titanium" for my nissan 240sx. and it sounds and looks great! i got a crush bent pipe but he made it as straight as it could be so it flows excellently . i recommend all my friends here. :)

Ripleys has done many jobs for us and they have come through when we needed them. I would recommend them for all your exhaust needs.

Had a problem with a bent piece under the car from a curb impact. Thought it would take some custom exhaust work, but they were able to straighten the bent piece for a fraction of the cost.

Called them for est. cost for leveling kit install and alignment. They beat the guys down the street by over $50, and they could take me in that day. Service was done at closing time. Picked up ride, drove off hearing scraping sound. Called them and they told me to bring back, they'd stay open. Management there crawled under to investigate and fix the issue. Small mechanical error fixed in no time. Really glad they stayed after and were determined to fix.

He is too far for me to do business. However, he has answer many questions regarding my Camaro V6 2015. Most muffler shops here were I live want to just charge you and if you don't like the sound you are screw. I wish he was closer to me I will decently give him my business. At least he let's you try the pipes first.

Went to Ripley's because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. They fixed the problem quickly, saved me $500 compared to the dealership, gave me a ride to work, and used quality parts to repair my broken AC. Will definitely go back.

I came here on a friend's recommendation and am glad I did. I didn't even have to leave work to get my car taken care of. Since I work in the area I dropped off my car and they shuttled me to my office. I needed my brakes and shocks looked at and there were some minor repairs they made and even noticed that my blinkers needed new bulbs, as they were almost out, so they fixed those, as well. They picked me up later that afternoon and my car was ready!. They have the cutest muffler art and a friend of mine that has a modified muscle cars only comes to Ripley's for his custom exhaust work.

I've been here many times and they have always been very honest. I've taken my car for little things i would have to argue about with most shops and they will do it cheap no problem. They also have taken me to work when i need them too. If i take my car to any shop at all I take it here. This has been the only one I've ever had no worries about the quality of work and honesty.
