I was one of those who had there catalytic converter stolen. I reached out to my car insurance and went through a collision center to get it fixed. A month had passed by and nothing had gotten close to being done. So I decided to reach out to Ripley's and see if they can do it and they were able to fix my problem and take care of it within the next day. Ripley's has some amazing customer service and it's very transparent with what's going on with your car. I love the service and I would definitely go to them again if I have a problem.

They earned these five stars for all these reasons. I just moved to Texas less than two weeks ago. I have been learning to find my way but, I kept getting loss. I turned into Ripley's by mistake feeling frustrated, every place I stopped prior to ask for assistance wasn’t helpful. I decided to go in and ask for assistance and to my surprise everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get guidance with several of my issues and they went above and beyond courteous. They guided me in the direction I needed to go and even more. I was so pleased with the kindness I received, after I was done my mission for the day I returned to get my vehicle serviced. I was due to get an oil change and Ripley's is now my service center. I want to thank everyone at Ripley's that helped turn my really bad day around. Thank you

Made an appointment online and they called me next business day to confirm! Very knowledgeable and the price was right. I have a completely custom truck and they took care of it no problem!

I called first thing in the morning after speaking with 2 or 3 other auto repair shops and I got to speak to Cord. He was awesome, he could tell how frantic I was over the phone. My catalytic converter was stolen on Saturday afternoon while trying to run errands in preparation for an out of town funeral for which I was leaving on Tuesday, Nov. 16. Between dealing with an extremely low insurance estimate, trying to make it into work and still pack for my mother in laws funeral, he said, "bring me your insurance company's information and I will handle it for you, you have way too much going on". He was a life saver, and all 5 flavors!!! I literally couldn't handle much more;, I was in tears. The service, kindness and compassion shown was top notch! Thank you so much!! I got my car back later that afternoon, after work and I was so grateful!
