Spring and Houston Auto Repair

I had a lot of trouble with my car making a wobble sound from the front left wheel, I made an appointment for 7:30am to drop of the car and they were so nice as soon as I got there (despite me being a bit late). They offered to shuttle me home, which I accepted and got to work on the inspection. The look over was around $70. The shuttle driver was very nice and made small talk. I didn't feel unsafe at all, he did great driving. They called around 11:00am to notify me that my Toyota Corolla's wheel bearing was in fact going out. Thankfully, they were able to get it all done that day. Over all it was around $600 for parts and labor, but they were extremely efficient and called as soon as they were done, around 4pm. The process and patience was so wonderful. It is great to go to a mechanic who is willing to do all they can to make sure you are safe and on the road as soon as possible. I will definitely be back for all my Car's maintenance needs. Love Ripley's!

A truly trustworthy Car Care Automotive shop. If you need a problem fixed, they will make sure to diagnose and fix that problem for you in a timely manner. This is an establishment with integrity. You don’t have to worry about coming home with any “new issues” like many competitors. They are very straightforward when giving you your options. Keep in mind that they are good at what they do so you can expect to be put in a queue, however the peace of mind is worth it. I’d recommend them as they came highly recommended to me by family. Ripley saved the day for me. On my way to worked there was an issue with car. I was able to get off the highway and someone suggested taking my car there. They gave me excellent customer service. They took me to work and later me up. They repaired my car while I was at work. Great service!

I walked in and spoke with Sam at the front desk. I explained to him what was going on with my suburban. They got it right into the shop and looked over the vehicle. Sam called me once the diagnostic was completed. He was straight to the point and never did try to upsell me on anything. He simply advised me what was going on. And what needed to be replaced on the vehicle. All repairs were made the same day of drop off. The service team and the technicians were great. Thank everyone at Ripply’s on Rayford Rd in Spring Texas. For taking care of everything. In and out in the same day. Which I was unable to pick it up on the first. They pulled it back into the shop at closing time. Didn’t leave it out in there parking lot. I have been taking my vehicles to Ripply’s over 18 years now. Great place and do excellent work.
