I was very satisfied with the service we received at Ripley’s. They were recommended by my neighbor next door and am so glad he did. Mark was very helpful and stayed in touch to let me know the status throughout. Appreciate that very much. The cost was right too.

Customer Service was great and the shuttle was good as well, very convenient! But I do want to let folks know to check their tires before leaving I had my brakes checked and an oil change done but someone had forgotten to tighten 3 lugnuts on my passenger side tire and I got 3 miles down the highway and the tire started shaking like it was about to fall off so I took it back and they apologized and fixed it. Like I said the customer service was good they were very apologetic. Just wanted to warn future customers! I understand that mistakes happen! I unfortunately will not be returning because the situation could’ve been a lot worse!!!

Great work and quick turnaround even while there power was out during Beryl!

My car was making all sorts of noises after running over something on the freeway. The staff here took me in the same day I called (even though they were obviously busy) and were able to quickly resolve my issue. The customer service from the phone call, to the front desk, to the service tech were top notch! I highly recommend giving them your business.
