Honestly a family owned business and their maintenance team are great! They are on point hands down. My only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the front desk staff with the nod against you waiting in their front lobby, u have an appointment you bring your vehicle there for the 2nd time with the 1st time being the car diagnostic and even with an 2nd appointment, you have your laptop and you are ready to wait between 2 to 3 hours and its like oh no we gonna be all day with your vehicle, u gonna have to get a ride home we will call you when we are done. I was not a big fan of that. I feel you have an appointment you can wait if you like and not be challenged to get a ride back home and we will reach out later. Overall service on my vehicle was superb but that waiting in the lobby shouldn't be frowned upon.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I apologize you felt you were not made welcome to stay and wait for the repair, which anyone is free to do. Knowing what the job was and the technician working on it I will guess they were trying to spare you boredom of waiting as this technician is a genius and is who you want, but his meticulous work and post testing can get to be a bit long. Again, we didn't mean to make you feel unwelcome to wait and we will make sure to listen to the customers desires over what we think you would want to do. I think we are fun to hang out with all day. LOL.
