I've had good experiences in the past, but my last visit made me rethink my rating.. they are fair, but you really need to ask a lot of question upfront, or you might not be happy with the end result.

I am sorry your last experience did not meet expectations. I realize you request CV boot replacement and we recommended replacing the axle assembly. I figured the cost for boot replacement at 1,289.27 and axle assembly replacement at 1,415.68. This is a difference of 141.82 dollars. It did not seem to us to be the best option since the warranty would only cover the boot not the axle assembly. I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
