Went in to see about a strange grinding sound towards the rear on my Dodge Ram...glad I did.The team at Ripleys replaced my drive shaft swiftly.The Truck is running great.I recommend this shop if you want it done right.

I purchased tires from a local tire store and in the course of mounting the tires they damaged the suspension of my vehicle. They denied any damage on their part. I took the car to Ripley and they’re very knowledgeable. Helpful staff investigated the problem and photographed the damage, and made the necessary repairs. The tire store upon seeing the photographs and examining the damaged parts refunded the cost of the tire and subsequent repair. Very very pleased with the professional service I received at Ripley.

Customer Service was great and the shuttle was good as well, very convenient! But I do want to let folks know to check their tires before leaving I had my brakes checked and an oil change done but someone had forgotten to tighten 3 lugnuts on my passenger side tire and I got 3 miles down the highway and the tire started shaking like it was about to fall off so I took it back and they apologized and fixed it. Like I said the customer service was good they were very apologetic. Just wanted to warn future customers! I understand that mistakes happen! I unfortunately will not be returning because the situation could’ve been a lot worse!!!
