Ripley's Total Car Care is prepared and ready to service your vehicles during this period of confusion. We can make the process a non-personal contact if needed and we can handle all communications by phone, text or email. We also have a drop box for your keys. We can sanitize your car keys and the remote control for your vehicle. We’ll wipe down all the interior controls in the driver's area before and after service. In the distant past and even tho I live about 1 forth a mile from you I would never choose to bring my vehicle to to for repair for my personnel reasons..number 1 you never came off as being compassionate in your direct attention to customers..never smiled..never tried to win over your prospective customer in just basically caring for there problems and gave the impression to not only me but other individuals ..Yes your prices are higher then most but your business deals with survival for people no different then you and me who know that we have no choice cause we have families that depend on transportation just to survive let alone to get our children to school..but I have to say I have seen a up tick in your one on one relations with people like me. You have at least shown me a visual and verbal desire in your tone that maybe it's time to give a shit for others in need..i hope I am not wrong..especially living in the subdivision right behind you..and if this is just a unusual moment of compassion that I was lucky to catch then so be it..everyone whether good or bad will finally reap what they sow in life..
