I will happily use Ripley’s again in the future. Had to have my exhaust manifolds replaced after developing the “hemi tick” rams are known for. Work was done quickly and I wasn’t hit with a list of “we found some things that should be fixed” that some shops use to try and run up the bill once they’ve got your car on the lift. Overall good experience.

Thanks for the kind review... We are glad we got to the bottom of your issues without overwhelming you with additional issues. There is enough honest work out there, no need to make any up. However, when your ready to make your 2019 Ram exhaust roar like it should bring it on in for a performance muffler.

I came here originally to have my car inspected and serviced for repairs. I chose this shop because they have experience working with warranty insurance. Although my warranty insurance wasn't useful or able to cover the repairs. The process and inspection was very thorough and upfront, and they were able to explain the repairs and service needed for my vehicle. Although I did not get the suggested service I’m very pleased with inspection, diagnostic and the transparency offered from this shop. Definitely recommend this shop 10/10

Took my Sonata in, was getting oil in the number 4 cylinder as evidenced by oil on the sparkplug. Car was going through 1 quart of oil a week. Y'all told me there was no leak that the engine was burning oil and was part of a recall. Took the car to the dealership, come to find out that the valve cover gasket was leaking BADLY!! How y'all missed that i don't know. Y'all came highly recommend but have, but are just not living up to that. It cost my 410 bucks to diag my car and you totally missed a huge oil leak! I will say one good thing, your tech that told me about the recall was on point, thank you for that. I can't remember his name otherwise I'd give him named credit as outstanding!! Not sure we'll be back.

Thanks for your feedback. I spoke to my Advisor and tech. They said (and our inspection pictures show) that all spark plugs had oil residue and cylinder 4 did not have excess oil in it; therefore, they recommended pursuing the dealership per the recall notice indicating it's a common issue with your make and model. They felt they were leading you correctly to have the Dealership resolve the Recall at no cost. I'm sorry if that wasn't properly communicated. Please call if you have any more questions.
