I've always like the customer service in there. Cord/Cory (I really hate messing up his name, my apologies) listen to my ALL my concerns and listen to my video of my vehicle. Really I was coming in for a FULL diagnostic to see if I (a female alone in this world in the crookiness of the mechanic world) knew what I was talking was correct and see what was my next step to fixing many problems. I got my left driver side wheel bearings done & apparently I needed brake pads as well. The other services I will have to come back and let them handle. I would recommend them for being honest at that moment with me. Mr. Tommy (the owner) pretty cool Kat! He offered me cookies, while I sat and waited from 8:30a-3:30p. Thank you Ripley's!

There were no issues with the service and our truck was returned on time. The faulty catalytic converter was replaced at no cost due to service warranty. Thank you, Rodney and the crew at Ripley's FM 1960.

You guys were great from the time I entered your store.Very friendly and helpful about my problem.Took care of all the insurance problems,were patient with hold up with them and did a great job.Thanks for getting me back on the road.

Everyone was helpful and took time to explain things. It’s been six days and so far the check engine light hasn’t come on.

We were in Houston from out of town for cancer treatment at MDA. Ripley’s went above and beyond to fix our truck quickly so we could get to our appointments. I would highly recommend them. Extremely honest, professional and kind. Truck runs great!
