Spring and Houston Auto Repair

Brought in my daughter’s FJ for a power steering issue, and the problem was identified and diagnosed quickly. They tried an inexpensive fix and tested for leaks overnight and ended up having to replace the hose, which was still affordable and 1/3 of what the dealer wanted. Rare is it that one can find honest folks who want it done right and as affordable as possible, but at Ripley’s, that is what you will find. They also kept me informed throughout the repair. I’ll continue to use and trust them!

Best place to go for anything but transmissions

As usual in and out in quickly. Car was as clean or cleaner when picked up. Give quick concise explanation of what was done to the vehicle and whether or not they found anything else that needed to be serviced. Unlike other auto repair shops there is not a lengthy to do list that needs to be dealt with, if anything. Last time i picked up truck the fiber air dam had been reattached under front of vehicle at no charge, was not part of the original service request. It was needed so they simply reattached never said anything about the repair. Good folks.

Great company have used them for years their the best my trucks were vandalized overnight and they had both fixed by noon we were back in business. I call that GREAT SERVICE. A job WELL DONE We appreciate you Tommy and Rodney
