I would go back to Ripley’s again if my car is ever experiencing issues again. Great service, very communicative, quick, and overall an amazing experience. Mark was also extremely helpful through the phone answering any questions i had.

Ripley’s did good job on my shocks/struts and cracked radiator that was replaced. I just don’t agree how I was charged for the inspection of the coolant leak and shocks even though I had the work done by them. Most places waive the inspection fees if you approve the job based on what problems found.

Victor, We do appreciate the positive review. As far at the inspection being included in the repair.... We feel we are Transparent. The Diagnosis is the HARDEST part of repairs and the technician gets paid separately for that. When most places tell you they don't charge, they typically hide it in the repairs. We like to be clear and charge it in the ticket. I hope that clears that up. Thanks for the business.
