I got my cat converters done here and paid dealership prices because of the warranty 3 year came back after the cats they installed failed was told I went over mileage had called before and was told to come in and see what the manager could do for me they tried to charge me 150 to diagnose janky would not recommend just go to the dealership they charge the same and warranty’s are better
I am very sorry to hear you feel this way, as I know that is not what was trying to be conveyed to you. We have tried calling, texting and emailing with no response. I don't want to debate in a response as your feelings of how you were treated are yours and valid; however there is a lot in there that is not mentioned. I hope you can find it possible to return and look at your converter issue as there was no charge for that.
