I had my brake rotors and pads replaced last Friday, and I waited in the lobby while the work was done. As customers came and went, I couldnt help but listen to the conversations about everyone being happy, well-treated, and respected throughout the morning. My brakes were quickly and professionally completed, and I felt treated the same, respected, and well-treated. I did learn Ripley's does much more than brake and mufflers including a full line of service and inspection while working on the vehicles. I've known the Ripley family for many years so listening to the transactions confirmed how and why they have been in business for 50 years. Great work Ripley Family and Team.

Coloring books, coffee, clean restrooms, great television shows, AC, and Water while you wait. Real signed autographed posters and other wall trophies. My oil change was responsibly quick low cost so much I tipped the guy who took precious care while driving my new car to the oil garage. The son of the owner was really down to earth made me feel right at home you can tell these guys get the job done professionally by taking photos in case an accident happens. The lady at the desk really wants to work on cars because the technicians make it look easy and fun A+ great environment I’m well satisfied glad I chose a diversified shop many languages spoken there. Clean cut people well polished in knowledge of cars new and old somehow you leave with a down home goodbye just like a good thanksgiving dinner full happy and glad you came 👍. Ken Oates
