Tommy, you and Rodney have repeatedly arranged to have my 2007 Chevy Malibu inspected for various (i.e., engine and suspension) needed repairs and have had all of the necessary repairs effectively completed. The car runs quietly and smoothly, just like when I bought it 17 years ago and after it now has 115M miles on it. I will bring it back in to Ripley's again when I suspect other repair issues may be required. Thanks.

Although I felt that my quote was a little too high, I was treated by both Sam and Alex with a lot of respect, and politeness. They explained everything (related to everything my car needed) in detail, and were very honest and transparent with me.

Incredible response and service. Called that morning for a catalytic converter replacement on a 2016 Charger. Figured it would be at least a couple of days but they said bring it in. Brought it in that morning at 10 am and it was done by 3. Flawless customer service.

Very professional and friendly. Always willing to help. This is our only car. Tommy and his team were always willing to help shuttle me to and from my house. Our car is 2006 Toyota. They looked it over and made reasonable opinions on what should be fixed. I am very satisfied with the service we received.

Ive previously left a 5 star review after they have worked on my truck in the past. They must have new staff. I have been fighting with a cylinder misfire for a couple months. I took it in for them to help. The guy I talked to wanted to do all cylinders. I asked if he could just take care of the 1. He flat out refused. My wife went to pay and pick up my key as Im working 14 hour days right now and when I got it back, the lock button no longer works. Unfortunately they permanantly lost a customer.

Just picked up a 2007 Lincoln after Ripley's replaced the front and back suspension. Not a hand print on it anywhere. Trust these guys to do it all.
