I dropped into Ripleys' total car care,expecting a full break and rotor replacement on our 2018 Toyota Highlander,based on the recommndations of a Toyota dealership service representative. As always , I took the vehicle to Ripleys for the necessary work. Upon inspection, I was told no work was needed . I will be heading back to Ripleys in about 30,000 miles for another inspection and probable pad replacement . Its great to work with honest professionals !
