Repairs and Service was Great.

Work done as promised.

Integrity is everything. I had a weld in front of my muffler break loose while I was halfway across Houston. Did not want to cut the trip short so I took it to muffler shop close by for what I thought would be a quick repair. They told me I needed to replace the aftermarket muffler which I knew was not the case. Immediately took the truck to Ripley’s who has earned my trust in the past despite being far away at the time, without telling them about the experience at the muffler shop, they looked at it and immediately fit me to repair the weld for minimal labor cost only and I was able to salvage the day while saving me hundreds of dollars. They did not install the muffler they repaired, but they will the next one. I trust their work as well as their integrity.
