I had a spectacular experience with the Spring location of Ripley's. David answered all of my questions over email when I was having a hard time finding anyone in the city that offered a mid-muffler delete option for my new Challenger. I dropped the car off prior to work, Sam had a gentleman drop me off and pick me up from my office and the work was done and it sounds great. The service is great, the pricing is fair, and the work is quality. About all you can ask. Highest of recommends if you're looking to do mods on your exhaust and muffler.

The outside of Ripley's is very busy and intimidating. But it is a sign they are doing something right. The customer service was excellent. David took the time to tell me about the two location. The first started by his father 48 years ago and the second in Spring has been there for 25 years. It was like talking to an old friend. My problem was fixed same day for a reasonable price. I recommend Ripley's for your car care needs.

There is a question about the brake dust getting on all four wheels I washed them yesterday and waiting to see if it comes back we had talked about that before the brake pads were installed.

I dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning to get my exhaust leaks fixed. I heard back very quickly for a very fair quote and told them to proceed. I expected this to take multiple days, and they wrapped it up Tuesday afternoon. Their communication is excellent, their staff is courteous and professional. You will be getting more of my business!
