From the moment I called and spoke with Luis, it was an easy choice to make. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, very patient and courteous which made me feel that he valued me as a potential customer. I took the car in at noon and it was ready by 5 p. No hidden fees and unexpected add-ons, but exactly what was quoted. Luis explained everything to me and stated if I needed additional work in the future, he would be sure to take care of me. That was so refreshing and much needed. Although I didn't interact with the other employees, I appreciated the friendliness of the office and the interaction with other customers. Kudos to Jared who drove me home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when done - appreciated the good conversation and his friendly manner! I say to anyone looking for a great car repair shop - RIPLEYS is the go to place!! If possible, I would give them ten stars!!
