This shop operates on honesty and will find the real problem. They are respectful and will answer all questions with patience. I am new to this area but I know that I have found my go to auto shop! My old Silverado sprung a leak at the rear-top of the engine and oil was every where. Ripley's had it diagnosed and repaired before the day was over. The mechanics did the work without leaving greasy hand prints under the hood, too. Kudos to the pros that work there.
