My expectations were already high based on previous reviews and are a recommendation. I definitely give a five star review because the service was excellent and so were the guys inside. I felt like I made some new friends. Also the service that I received has been excellent and the performance on my vehicle for a new muffler has been fantastic.

Once again I received excellent service. Took my car in for A/C issues and a few other things and the mechanics and staff had me back on the road in less than 24 hours with nice cold air! I really appreciate how respectful they treat me and their attention to detail, giving me great info about how and what to do to keep my old Honda Accord on the road! Thank you Ripleys!!

Above all, this was one of the best car repair experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I encountered from Mark, Matt etc…made me feel like their family. They all were knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the situation I was experiencing and went far and beyond to make me feel assured and trusted in their skills. And, you can’t beat their prices anywhere in the Woodlands area! I am now a forever customer! Great job guys!

Diagnosed battery electrical problem even though it was not their warranty, at no charge!

Good communication and quality work. Diagnosis was less expensive than dealer, and they replaced the air filter at no charge, which I appreciate, but the overall cost seemed rather high.
