Exceptionally professional! Repairs to be performed were itemized with total labor and parts cost. This made it easy to prioritize which repairs to perform in order. Photos were taken and texted to me showing what part(s) were in question as well as other areas of my vehicle that they checked.

I installed a complete exhaust kit myself and had a slight alignment issue. The exhaust was contacting the bottom of the truck bed. Ripleys took my truck in and made the necessary adjustments in short time while I waited. I used to work in the auto service industry. It is a very challenging business. Most shops would have told me to pack sand. Thank you very much for the first rate service. If you could open a shop out in the Plantersville area, that would be great .

Auto AC went out in July! Ripley’s diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. Other places wanted to top off the refrigerant. Ripley’s found the leak, replaced the compartment, evacuated the 14 year old refrigerant and replaced with new! Well worth it.
