Ripleys fixed everything, power windows, headlights , catalytic converter, 100,000 miles scheduled maintenance, cars running better than when I bought it used. 2016 Hyundai, Tucson. All in 3 days.

Had to bring my car back 3 times . 3rd time they made my a/c stop working. AC worked before car was dropped off

Jamisha, Please bring the car by at your first convenience. The car arrived this time without the fan belt; therefore, we had no way of testing if the AC worked beforehand. Our tech will gladly look over to see if it's something he didn't reconnect but nothing we repaired was AC related. We are ALWAYS glad to help.

Ripley’s repaired my car on the same day I dropped it off (March 2025), replacing the catalytic converter. Their work and the part are covered by a warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles, which is great since other shops and dealerships typically offer only a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty. Additionally, the cost at Ripley’s was affordable. The staff was attentive and frequently followed up with me to ensure I understood what was happening with my car. They also provided transportation to and from the shop, which I greatly appreciated. My car is running smoothly, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend Ripley’s as a trustworthy business.
