I had my vehicle serviced for the surging on my motor and charged me for a service where I continue to have the same problem and Rodney can’t figure it out but you have my money and I still have the problem BBB here we go and I am having my attorney contact you

Having a problem with the hood latch on a '17 Chevy Colorado, decided to look online... The wicked, cold wind slammed the hood shut, jumper cables were laying inside. Couldn't get the hood second latch to release. Searching for suggestions I found a link to your place. Couldn't find a search to make it easy, of course, so I started reading the comments and reviews. I have to say, if you were closer I would be there. PA is bitter cold today! Live in the mountains, temp is 7°, wicked winds gusting to 50mph. Don't want to be outside fiddling with the truck! I really wish you were closer, I would call you first every time. Your reviews, except few, are over and beyond what I'm used to. Kudos to the whole bunch!!! What a beautiful, honest read for me to see! The truck is still waiting but I'm warm and inside. Dang hood! It can just wait. Thank you for people like you!!! Peace out. ️
