Not sure if the staff changed or not, but when I first got my back breaks done with them it was a very reasonable price and everything was so professional, but recently when I went my total went from 500 to 1500 due to them telling me I needed new calibers as well. Checking the receipt on everything that needed to be done they pretty much charged me for every little thing, (removing tires, removing break calibers, putting them back on etc) &, turns out I actually didn’t need new calibers and they were just trying to get more money out of me!! I couldn’t believe it and was a lil disappointed because of the service I received from them in the past. If you go here I mean they’re nice people however I just got my breaks done somewhere else and they told me my calibers were fine.

From the very first phone call with Rodney it has been a true wonderful car repair experience working with Ripley's . I felt like I knew them for years. Over priced parts and labor. Then charged me 170 check out fee because the warranty refuse to pay because of the pricing

Nate, I'm just now seeing this... I will call shortly to discuss. I feel this is an unfair review. Yes we charge a diagnosis fee it's a standard in the industry in an effort to pay Technicians for their expertise. The extended warranty declined the services due to your issue being a wear and tear part that isn't covered under the warranty, nothing to do we our pricing as was explained in their letter they sent to you and us.
